Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package items according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure inventory is organized and accessible.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and reading labels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not always required.
