Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and staged for shipping according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and report discrepancies immediately to the inventory control team.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience or experience in a fulfillment center is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
