Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Load and unload freight safely using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
