Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and weight distribution.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
