Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, and pack customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and ready for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (as certified).
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
