Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping quotas and targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
