Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Update inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
