Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves and storage areas according to customer orders with a focus on accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move materials safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, and quality issues.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper material handling techniques.
- Organize the warehouse workspace to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workflow.
- Replenish stock levels on shelves to ensure inventory is readily available.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read product labels and order numbers.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
