Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Scan items and update inventory data in real-time using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
