Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies immediately to the inventory team.
- Workspace Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) when certified.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow complex pick lists and labels.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
