As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify products against customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before shipping.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
