Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from the warehouse floor according to pick tickets and orders with 100% accuracy.
- Verify item counts and condition before packing to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and methods.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for picking tickets.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
