Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners to accurately scan items and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Label, package, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and within operational limits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
