Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to pick tickets and customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging to minimize returns.
- Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Scan barcodes and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
