Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect merchandise for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages clearly and prepare them for shipment according to carrier guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as directed by supervisors.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) if certified or willing to learn.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
