Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory counts and update stock locations as needed.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Workstation Maintenance: Keep your workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of consistent attendance.
- Documentation: Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
