Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and verify products against customer orders using handheld RF scanning devices.
- Package items securely and accurately to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production quotas and goals.
- Perform final quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to operate scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as business demands.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
