Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves and storage areas using scanners or handheld devices.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and quality against purchase orders.
- Prepare and package items securely for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
