Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Replenish inventory stock and organize storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during every shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with temperature control.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
