Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Accurately pack and label items for shipment, ensuring proper documentation.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, picking, or packing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
