As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. If you are reliable, hardworking, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Select and verify products using handheld scanners or pick lists to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and 5S standards.
- Inspect goods for defects or damage before packing and report any issues to the shift supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), as required.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
