Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and high accuracy.
- Inspect all items for defects or damage prior to packing to ensure quality control.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon request).
- Scan barcodes and process orders using our state-of-the-art warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily productivity quotas.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts when necessary.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
