Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and priority.
- Verify item counts and condition before packaging to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners and forklifts (if certified).
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to work.
