Responsibilities
- Retrieve, select, and verify products from shelves based on pick lists and customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, boxes, tape) to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information, barcodes, and tracking numbers.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure order accuracy.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety guidelines and pick tickets.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as business demands.
