Responsibilities
- Scan and pick items accurately from the warehouse inventory system.
- Package and label products securely for shipment.
- Load and unload trailers in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be available for full-time shifts including weekends.
