Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals
- Ensure clean, organized workstations
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards
- Adhere to all SOPs and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Pass background check/drug screen
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts
