Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Retrieve items from shelves using scanners and prepare them for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy physical labor in a climate-controlled environment.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
