Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise according to pick tickets and production schedules.
- Package items securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to maintain accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Ensure accurate counts and proper documentation of all outgoing orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Colorado Springs facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and sorting.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
