As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled with speed and accuracy. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Prepare and pack orders according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Verify product quantities against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Label and tag packages for timely shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
