Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, and condition before packaging.
- Ensure all packing materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
