Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick tickets with 99% accuracy.
- Package and label products securely for shipping using various materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in a temperature-controlled facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
