What You Will Do:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our fulfillment center team. Your role will involve various tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly. This is a direct hire position with full-time hours available.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare items for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep your work area clean and organized.
- Utilize WMS: Use Warehouse Management Systems to track orders and manage inventory.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
