As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are expanding our operations in San Jose and looking for reliable partners to help us scale.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Verify item descriptions and quantities against customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on the job.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
