Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to maintain a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting processes.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
