Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately retrieve products from shelves and pack them according to customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Scan items using handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Shipping Preparation: Label packages, apply shipping tags, and prepare goods for carrier pickup.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure order accuracy.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
