Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification is a plus; training provided for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
