Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to locate inventory efficiently.
- Ensure all packages are securely wrapped, labeled, and staged for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Perform regular quality control checks on outgoing orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort operating handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
