What You Will Do:
As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are actively hiring across multiple shifts to meet our growing demand.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) with 99.9% accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage or quality issues and ensure proper packaging for safe transit.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation according to carrier specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
