Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items accurately according to customer orders and shipping labels.
- Verify product quantities and scan barcodes for inventory tracking.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
