Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify accuracy of items against work orders and ensure proper packaging.
- Label, box, and stage shipments for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely when required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
