Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening of cargo.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
