Your Responsibilities
- Pick items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF devices to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Package products securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when required.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
