Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality control and prevent damage.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Sort, organize, and store stock in designated areas to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
