Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise for orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package and label items securely according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with accuracy and speed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
