As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will play a vital role in getting products to customers efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Package items securely using appropriate packing materials to ensure safe transit.
- Verify order accuracy, label packages correctly, and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and price verification.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
