Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from inventory shelves based on digital pick lists and scanning requirements.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management software to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Perform basic quality control checks to verify order accuracy before finalizing shipments.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is necessary; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for the duration of the shift (8-10 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning technology.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
