Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Prepare packages by labeling, boxing, and applying shipping materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Update inventory records as needed using handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for interpreting order slips and labels.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional).
