Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual power jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory according to established safety and quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure products are properly packaged and labeled.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
