Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) as required by certification.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) on concrete surfaces.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
