Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Utilize handheld scanners and RF guns to accurately select products from shelves and pack them for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards before dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory audits as required by the shift lead.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, keep your work area clean and organized, and report any hazards immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks and conveyor systems to move goods efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliability: A history of punctual attendance and strong work ethic.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic arithmetic to verify order quantities and calculate weights.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
